Eligibility & Application Process

Eligibility Criteria

Students who wish to apply for the scholarship under Rotary India Literacy Mission and implemented by Rotary Club of Aurangabad West must fulfil the following criteria:

  1. The student must have successfully completed Std. VIII or Std. IX in the previous academic year.
  2. The student should have good academic performance in the previous year’s examination.
  3. Preference will be given to:
  • Students from economically weaker sections.
  • Meritorious students requiring financial assistance.
  1. The student must be a resident of Maharashtra.
  2. The student must not be receiving similar full-fee scholarships from any other institution/organization.

पात्रता निकष

रोटरी इंडिया लिटरेसी मिशन अंतर्गत आणि रोटरी क्लब ऑफ औरंगाबाद वेस्ट मार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या शिष्यवृत्ती योजनेसाठी अर्ज करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी खालील अटी पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक आहे :

  1. विद्यार्थ्याने मागील शैक्षणिक वर्षात ८ वी किंवा ९ वी उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी.
  2. विद्यार्थ्याचा मागील वर्षातील शैक्षणिक निकाल समाधानकारक व चांगला असावा.
  3. प्राधान्य दिले जाईल :
  • आर्थिकदृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटकातील विद्यार्थ्यांना
  • गुणवंत पण आर्थिक सहाय्याची गरज असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना
  1. विद्यार्थी महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील रहिवासी असावा.
  2. विद्यार्थ्याने याआधी इतर कोणत्याही संस्थेकडून पूर्ण शिकवणी शुल्काची शिष्यवृत्ती घेतलेली नसावी.

Application Process

The entire application process is completely online to ensure transparency and accessibility.

Fill in the online registration form with personal, academic, and family details.

Students must upload the following documents while filling the form:

1. Previous academic year’s marksheet
2. Aadhaar card of the student
3. Recent passport-size photograph
4. Income certificate of parents/guardians

Applications will be carefully reviewed by the Scholarship Scrutiny Committee.

Selection will be based on academic merit and financial need.

Selected students will be notified via email / SMS.

The scholarship will directly cover 100 % tuition fees for CET / NEET / JEE coaching.

Other expenses like stationery, college admission, hostel, and mess charges must be borne by parents/guardians.

अर्ज करण्याची संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया पूर्णपणे ऑनलाइन असून ती पारदर्शक व सुलभ आहे.

शिष्यवृत्तीच्या अधिकृत वेबसाइटला भेट द्या.

वैयक्तिक, शैक्षणिक व कौटुंबिक माहिती भरून अर्ज फॉर्म सबमिट करा.

अर्ज करताना खालील कागदपत्रे अपलोड करणे बंधनकारक आहे :

1. मागील शैक्षणिक वर्षाची गुणपत्रिका
2. विद्यार्थ्याचा आधार कार्ड
3. पासपोर्ट साईझ फोटो
4. पालकांचे/पालक प्रतिनिधीचे उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र

दिलेली माहिती पुन्हा तपासा.

ठरवलेल्या अंतिम तारखेपूर्वी अर्ज सबमिट करा.

सर्व अर्जांची छाननी शिष्यवृत्ती छाननी समिती द्वारे केली जाईल.

निवड शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता व आर्थिक स्थितीच्या आधारे होईल.

निवड झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना ईमेल / SMS द्वारे कळविण्यात येईल.

शिष्यवृत्तीअंतर्गत CET / NEET / JEE कोचिंगसाठी 100 % शिकवणी शुल्क भरले जाईल.

स्टेशनरी, कॉलेज प्रवेश, वसतिगृह व मेस खर्च पालक/विद्यार्थ्यांना स्वतः करावा लागेल.
